Arushi leaves Waubonsie Valley High School for Indiana University as the second player in program history to reach four state finals.
The four-year state qualifier finished her career with a stellar even-par 72 at Hickory Point, giving Singh all-state honors in a tie for fifth in the 112-player field. It was her best state finish.
“My whole goal was to make top 10 or top five,” said Singh, an Indiana recruit. “I wasn’t thinking much of my score or where I was on the leaderboard. I just wanted to play my best, and I definitely think I did that.”
